金魚隔離檢疫一般注意事項(General precautions for goldfish isolation and quarantine)

(1)最好另外準備一隔離檢疫缸，空間應儘量寬敞，避免魚隻密度過高，並給予充足的打氣。

(2)檢疫期間（1~4週）應儘量保持魚隻不受干擾，檢疫第一天因魚隻尚在適應新環境應停止餵飼，之後應定時少量餵飼，並觀察進食狀況。

(3)檢疫第二天開始可添加廣效性預防藥物作藥浴，即使魚隻看起來很健康，為降低潛伏病原體感染舊魚的風險，預防措施還是要做。

(4)每週更換三分之一的缸水，可用市售虹吸管（按壓式、搖動式、電動式）吸取缸水及缸底（底砂）髒污，每週清洗濾材，若有作藥浴，濾材若有活性炭應拿掉，加入的新水應添加等水量濃度的藥量，此時不可再添加水質穩定劑，以免降低藥效。

(5)隔離檢疫缸及週邊器材（打氣幫浦、過濾器、溫度計）使用過後，應用消毒水徹底消毒，並用清水沖洗乾淨。  

1) Recommend to prepare the quarantine tank separately.  There is also better to have spacious space and enough bubbles.   

2) During the quarantine period, there should avoid to interference the goldfish.  In the first day of quarantine, the feeding should be terminated as the goldfish might still try to get with new environment. In the next day, there should also have less feeding and check up the eating situation.  

3) Starting from the second day of quarantine period, the preventive medicine should be added for dipping. Although the new goldfish looks like in healthy, in order to reduce the pathogen to infect to original goldfish, the preventing is very recommended.  

4) Every two weeks change the 1/3 water regularly, using the siphon (pressing method or shaking method or electronic method) to move away the bottom part of dirty material.  The filter should be cleaned up weekly, and the charcoal should be removed during the quarantine period. The medicine should be added when the water is changed, but the water stabilizer should not be added in order to avoid the decreasing of medication effect.  

5) After the quarantine, all the accessories including the filter, tank, bubble device, and thermometer should be cleaned up thoroughly. Recommended to sterilize all accessories, then cleaning with water.
